Indemnity form issue

Hi everyone,

the indemnity form that was posted up for you guys to submit was not the right copy. I have printed the correct copy for you guys to bring home and get your parents to sign unless you're above the age of 21.

Please ensure that you bring it back the next training. For those that are coming only on camp day itself, please sms me at 9236 1174 to help resolve the issue. All people who are staying for the camp needs to hand in their indemnity form or they will not be permitted to stay.

My apologies for the indemnity form issue. I do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Updates on camp

Hello all!

I know some of you are worried about what to bring and what not but don't worry! We'll update the confirmed programme and packing list by Monday! (:

Anyway, those who fail to submit their names for the camp to the respective in-charge will not be given any food or CCA points. Please make sure your names are submitted to us by latest, Friday 12 noon. And do make sure that your indemnity forms are handed in by Friday, during training.

Seniors who are attending the camp must also submit their names to us as an alumni before we can account anything for them during the camp.

Also, please cooperate with Roxanne regarding the plans for the jersey! I'm sure there is no good for us in dragging this process (: Thanks! Competition is nearing and we all hope that you guys will put in 101% during training and make and effort to bond with your team mates.

Thank you everyone and please keep yourselves updated here (:

Jerseys

All right, its the time of the year again.
The list of POLY-ITE players are not out yet, so we will be printing jerseys for EVERYONE in the school team.

Please take note of the following:
Tell you Caps/V.Caps via text/call/email/word of mouth
1) the colour of jersey you prefer - Blue & White, Black & White (like fu tian dian's)
2) at least 3 numbers your prefer - in order of preference

Expect number clashes, and in the event of number clashing, that number will be given to the first senior who submit their preference.
e.g Jia Rong's choice (3, 4, 5), Eddie (3, 10, 12) & Ye Xun (3, 6, 9)
If Ye Xun submits first, followed by JR and then Eddie, JR will get his first choice.
This is cos the seniors are graduating, juniors, you will still have at least one more chance of printing that number on your jersey :)

Confusing? Then ignore, I will settle that part. Just make sure you tell your Caps/V.Caps whatever you are suppose to by THE LAST DAY OF CAMP (26 SEP)!
Failure to do so, I will pick the numbers for you.

Next, as we only have budget for printing jersey once, this set will be used for both POLY-ITE & IVP, however, there is still a very high possibility that we still have to fork out some money. Why? I will explain during camp.

** We will be doing and election kinda thingy during camp. So meantime, think about who you want your Cap/V.Cap of each team to be, as well as President/V.P to be. Please exclude the year 3s!

That's it for now.
Bye!

your queen,
roxanne:)
